Happy Halloween!

Some of the pumpkin spice cupcakes I made last week! They were quite delicious. I love this time of year (it's really my favorite) but I admit, I'm feeling a bit lazy about Halloween. I thought about carving pumpkins buttttt I really lacked the motivation (too messy). Tonight we are just planning to watch World War Z and stuff our faces with Chipotle. Then I shall celebrate with 50% off Halloween candy within the next couple days. Yes.

Lazy Baking: Valentine's Day Edition

I am not embarrassed of my poorly frosted, box mix cupcakes. Nope!! The frosting was a bit goopy and disappointing though. Sweet sidenote: I made a comment to Matt about how I wished I had heart sprinkles and he stopped by the store on his way home from work to surprise me with some. What a QT.

Cupcakes

Was in a random baking mood the other day so I made some cupcakes! They don't look impressive but I rarely bake so it was fun for me ;) I used this recipe and they were quite tasty, especially the buttercream frosting.
